Y-Strainers |
Y (WYE) strainers are used to mechanically remove solids from steam, gases, and liquid pipe systems. Offered in cast iron, ductile iron, aluminum bronze, cast bronze, and stainless steel. Available in sizes ranging from 1/4” to 24” and many ANSI classes. |
Basket Strainers |
Basket strainers are used to mechanically remove solids from steam, gases, and liquid pipe systems. Basket strainers have more contaminant holding capacity than a Y strainer and less pressure drop. Offered in cast iron, ductile iron, aluminum bronze, and stainless steel. Available in sizes ranging from 1/4” to 16” and many ANSI classes. |
Duplex Strainers |
Duplex strainers are a perfect fit when piping systems cannot be shut down for the cleaning of a basket. Flow can be bypassed in one strainer to allow for the cleaning of a basket without interrupting flow. Available in sized ranging from 3/4” to 8” and many ANSI classes. |
Temporary Strainers |
Temporary cone and basket strainers. Used for startup of piping systems. Designed to provide protection of equipment. |
Replacement Straining Elements |
Replacement straining elements for y-strainers, basket strainers, and suction/discharge screens. Available in stainless or carbon steel with a large range of perforations and meshes available. |
